Celebrating a Dynamic Winter Deployment Season at mobismart

As winter's grip on the northern regions loosens, MOBISMART Clean Power Solutions has been at the forefront, ensuring reliable and sustainable energy across diverse and challenging environments. This season has been particularly eventful, marked by strategic deployments and product innovations that underscore our commitment to clean energy.

Empowering Renewable Energy Initiatives in AlaskaIMG_7898~2

In October 2024, we collaborated with Golden Valley Electric Association (GVEA) in Alaska to bolster their renewable energy goals. By deploying the ZX 300 wind Lidar, powered autonomously by our HYBRID Clean Power Trailer, GVEA could conduct uninterrupted wind resource assessments despite Alaska's extreme weather conditions. Keith Palchikoff of GVEA expressed satisfaction, noting the absence of downtime since installation and highlighting the resilience of our technology in harsh climates. Read the blog post here.

Advocating for Sustainable Energy Solutions

Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond product development. In October, we also highlighted the advantages of solar energy and fuel cells over diesel power generation. These clean energy sources reduce carbon footprints and offer cost-effective and reliable alternatives for remote power needs, aligning with global sustainability goals. Ensuring Winter Readiness with Clean Power Trailers

Anticipating the challenges of winter, we emphasized the importance of our Clean Power Trailers in November 2024. These trailers, combining solar power with fuel cell technology, are engineered to operate efficiently in temperatures as low as -40°C. Their minimal maintenance requirements and remote monitoring capabilities make them ideal for off-grid locations, ensuring consistent power delivery without the environmental and operational drawbacks of traditional diesel generators. Strengthening Sustainable Power in Newfoundland & Labrador

In December, we celebrated our role in Project Nujio’qonik in Newfoundland & Labrador by deploying MOBISMART Hybrid Clean Power Trailers to power wind LiDAR equipment without needing diesel generators. These systems are helping our customers achieve a monumental hydrogen/ammonia development project while ensuring clean and reliable power even in the harshest winter conditions. This bold initiative represents our ongoing commitment to sustainable and accessible power solutions and ensuring Canada's economic success on the world stage. Read the full blog post here.

IMG_7865~5Deployment in Northen Quebec

This winter MOBISMART's MOBISUN Hybrid Clean Power Trailers were deployed to the remote region of northern Quebec to gather critical wind data for our customer's wind analysis campaign. While weather conditions and difficult terrain may be challenges for deploying and running conventional diesel generators, these are no match for MOBISMART's flexible and robust design. Our Clean Power Trailers can not only be customized to be equipped with skis to get to where the equipment needs to be deployed but are inherently built to withstand the harsh Canadian climate, resulting in reliable and consistent data, which is crucial for wind analysis campaigns.
